The Story So Far…

Creating a meaningful and successful clothing brand from the ground up is no easy feat. Doing it with zero formal fashion or business training is, well, unthinkable to most. What began as a small-time side-hustle has flourished into a global yet family-run fashion brand, and a personal favourite among celebrities like Fearne Cotton, Frankie Bridge and Laura Whitmore.

After a brief stint working as a fashion intern in London, the pull of The North - and her entrepreneurial spirit - took Chloe back home. Not content working for anyone else, she began selling jewellery online, but creating her own designs was always the someday-dream.

Shunning text books for intuition, Chloe began dabbling in t-shirt designs, and quickly turned her passion project into Olive & Frank, a purpose-led clothing brand with a whole lot of heart and ambitious plans. High on Chloe’s agenda was to bring her sister into the business, and she proudly made that happen in 2020.

Our Values…

So, what’s the secret behind Olive & Frank’s success? Well, hard graft, trial, error, and close collaboration with its community of loyal customers - who Chloe has always put first. Essentially, it comes down to creating quality, long-lasting fashion pieces that are made with care and integrity using fair and responsible manufacturing techniques, which Chloe is so passionate about.

Working together with like-minded creatives, female-owned businesses, and with your incredible support, Olive & Frank is on a mission to prove that creating a purpose-led clothing brand from scratch really is possible, and that dreams really do come true if you’re willing to work hard enough.
