What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. Simply select your preferred payment method on the final payment page at checkout.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes! Olive and Frank ship worldwide, select your country at checkout and shipping will be automatically calculated for you, please note we are UK based so if you are ordering from outside of the UK your order may be subject to import duty on arrival in your country.

Can I return an item if it is not suitable?
Yes of course, you can return any item within 14 days, find out more on our returns page.
How do i cancel my order?
Unfortunately it's not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed. Our fulfilment centre work super fast which makes it difficult to intercept orders. We will always honour a return so you can follow the return process to send your order back for a full refund.

Do you manufacture in responsibly?
This is a continuous process and we are always striving to become a more planet friendly brand in every area of our operation. We manufacture in small quantities which means we don't mass produce or contribute to the 'fast fashion' mentality. We are conscious of waste out put, reducing plastic useage and recycling wherever possible. This is something that is very much top of mind and we consistently aim to improve in manufacture and daily practice.
The item I like it out of stock, will you be getting more?
We always try to restock items as quickly as possible, some items may only be available in limited quantities and therefore will not be back in stock once they have sold out. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to find out when items are back in stock.
How do I check the size and fit of an item?
To check the measurement of our clothes please refer to the size measurements on each individual item listing. Please be aware sizing does vary across different styles.
