Giveaway Terms and Conditions

OLIVE AND FRANK HAPPY PLACE GIVEAWAY 

The giveaway is open to entrants in the UK and aged 18 years or over, except employees of Olive and Frank and any third-party partners, their families, or anyone else professionally associated with the giveaway.

The giveaway opens on 2nd July 2024 and closes at 23:59pm on 7th July 2024. Any entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

Entry to the giveaway is via a specified landing page, by entering an email address and accepting the competition terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Olive and Frank reserves the right to reject any inappropriate entry, without explanation.

There are two prizes available to be won, two tickets for Happy Place Festival Chiswick and two tickets for Happy Place Festival Tatton Park. No alternative will be offered. Olive and Frank reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize draw at any time, without prior notice.

The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party no later than 8th July 2024 and will be notified via the email address provided. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. The decision of Olive and Frank is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is Olive and Frank, O&F Design Limited, 121 Caldy Road, Wirral, CH48 1LP, UK.
