Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that however you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please include a note with your order number so that we can identify your return.

Refunds 
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed and issued, during sale periods this may take longer.

Exchanges 
To return your item for an exchange please follow the same returns process as outlined above. Please include a note with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange to. We will process this and cover the postage cost of sending the new item to you.

Returns from the EU

EU customers have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you would like to return your item. Please start a return request via your account here. Once your return request has been approved you have 14 days to return your item to us.

Please specify your items as 'RETURNED GOODS' on customs documents and include a note with your order number so that we can identify the item as yours. We are not able to cover the cost of return postage, this is your responsibility.
